I don’t think there is enough space for me to write all the great things I want to say about Deepak and his wonderful wife Pinky, but I’ll do my best. In the beginning of our search for the best realtor(s) to represent us, my wife and I met with over six other people before we met Deepak and Pinky. During our conversation, not only did we feel super comfortable, but it was extremely evident that they genuinely cared about what was important to us. Selling your home isn’t always an easy thing, especially when it has sentimental value to you. However, Deepak and Pinky combined their strengths and skillsets in order to provide us with comfort, confidence, and peace of mind. I found Pinky on Zillow and later I met Deepak at my lender's Office He explained me the whole workflow of Home Buying , he was very specific about showing me only what fitted into my requirement and budget , he also explained me how to evaluate the cost of ownership, once we finalized the property he took it as if he was the buyer , he negotiated and explained me the legal documents on each step , suggested where to spend money where to save it , He took the House inspection very seriously and himself prepared the list of issues to report . He also reported pre-closing walk through issues and made sure that we got the credit for those , Over all very efficient , friendly and responsible people
