Deepak helped us purchase our first home in the Bay Area. We met him for the first time in-person in Dec. first week and closed on a beautiful home in first week of Feb. He helped us tremendously through the journey. Discovery: He has exceptional knowledge of the area. He introduced us to several cities and several neighborhoods, and provided us a framework to think through various considerations (school districts, residential vs commercial, safe neighborhoods, demographics, home type, etc.). Importantly, he was able to provide unbiased and balanced perspectives, not letting his personal views get in the way. Deep dive: He thoroughly researched into several properties for us using his expertise, experience and knowledge (reading disclosures, checking out properties in-person, enquiring about properties in his high recall network, long discussions explaining the nuances, etc.). Importantly he helped us stay away from some of the tricky properties that to a layman looked ok, but had many caveats. His wealth of knowledge ranges from nitigrities of home construction to local laws to the entire process (which is super complex involving 8+ parties to say the least). Communication: Deepak was highly available through various means (chat, phone, in-person) from day one, and still is post purchase. He was always respectful, patient, succinct and willing to explain a concept/nuance multiple times. We did pester him multiple times for simple stuff. Additionally the document management throughout was impeccable. Buying a home can be a draining process all the way from browsing, considering, researching, validating to the actual long purchase purchase. Could not have done it without Deepak's help and expertise !!!

Deepak (despite being a new agent at the time when we bought/sold our home) had full knowledge about every small detail needed, provided great advise and had immense patience for all our queries. He made himself available for any open houses we wanted to go to even if we asked him not to come due to any other prior engagements. Did an awesome job in negotiating us a lower price for the home we bought, never expected we would get it so soon and at a much lower than asking price. For paperwork too - he stayed on top of things and did most of the required documentation himself and explained each and every point of us. In the bay area, where the transactions almost always include enormous numbers, you would like to put your trust in a realtor who can take care of you, your property and your investment. Deepak is the one whom we could trust wholeheartedly and we don't have any regrets for both our deals - selling our primary home and buying a new primary home.

It was extremely challenging to find reasonable mortgage rates; he helped us with finding the right loan agent and secure the loan as we had a short runway. He was very active in giving us creative ideas on home renovation to make it more lucrative in the rental market. Moreover, his patience and soft nature makes him very approachable. While we are still searching for our dream house I must highlight a few things: - Negotiation cannot be only through Price but there are other ways that can be leveraged and Deepak has some amazing insights on how to negotiate and we saw that not once but twice. - Just because a house looks appealing doesn't mean it is Solid. Deepak goes through each disclosure document in detail and identifies not only the pain points but can also share a rough estimate of how much it costs to fix them. When we compared it with actual contractors were pretty close (This is something that you learn from experience and not in books. Something that we missed with previous agents) - Deepak has amazing connections in the industry from roof contractors to landscapers to Load consultants and can help to get in touch with anyone based on needs and requirements - The best thing about Deepak is he is not in hurry to get you just any house. He understands the requirements and then hunts for the best house that you can get and can share a personalized curated list just for your needs and not just a random MLS listing email. He will create a WhatsApp group and share the best houses available in the market from a host of applications. - And lastly, he can get you houses that are not on Market yet and are about to go to market with personal viewings by coordinating with respective owners. While we are awaiting interest rates to be more reduced I can very well say if you are looking for an agent or already have one there is no harm in working with Deepak once to check his Methodology, techniques, and approach. We are happy users.

Started working with Deepak and having a great experience. Deepak is very knowledgeable and provides good guidance. Deepak is very patient and helps us narrow down our requirements by providing insights and detailed summary of the current trends in housing market based on our requirements. We have visited at least 6-8 properties and Deepak makes sure that he is always there to show us around. There have been a couple of times when Deepak has spent more than half a day to drive down to properties that are 30-45 minutes away. While Deepak was out on vacations, he made sure that our case was being looked at through one of his working partners. Deepak also helps us connect to lenders and follows up regularly.
