even though we were out of town, Deena was able to get a house for our Daughter in Gainesville. We used virtual methods that worked very well. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and once we closed, she was also able to get us in contact with some good contractors to complete some of the work that needed to be done. Our home search Journey started from Seller's market to now it seems to be cooling down a little bit to a buyer's Market. Deena was there for us.
