I met DeeAnn when her client bought my home on the first day of the listing. Through the selling process, I was impressed with how well prepared she was when issues came up (some did). She made thoughtful suggestions that addressed everyone's concerns and moved us forward. By contrast, my agent appeared helpless and seemed to cause confusion and misunderstanding more than anything else. The deal survived because she salvaged it. I have been working with DeeAnn as my agent ever since and she has represented me on transactions adding up to about $1.5M over the last 10 years .
