Dee took care of the maintenance that needed to be done and even cleaned the refrigerator herself. She had a buyer in less then 12 hours. Before she even had a for sale sign in the yard. Closing was less then 30 days. All I had to do was fill out on line forms and sigh this and that. Icing on the cake was a full price offer. Dee is the cream of the crop as a realtor. She sold a house for me in 2017 and a condo and now a house a Marysville. I cannot think of anybody better. She also sold my daughter in Marysville also a few years ago. In all of these transactions there were no problems and they went seamless.

With my change of employment, my wife and I were 'looking for a home in a hurry' between Christmas and New Year.We picked out 3 homes to see and given we had literally half a day Dee organized us viewing 5 homes according to our needs and wants.
