My wife and I had a townhouse that we put on the market with an agent who had just sold our primary home and it didn't get sold for several months, in spite of the market being very good. When our contract ended with the first agent, we contacted Dee and listed it with her. She absolutely blew us away with her professionalism and energy. We had an offer and went under contract within a couple of weeks! I really believe if we would have listed with Dee to begin with, we would have gotten quite a bit more for our townhouse due to how well she marketed for us. In fact, I wish we would have had her for our primary home, as well. Lesson learned. If we're ever in the market to sell again, I can't imagine using anyone other than Dee.
