I was referred to Dee Dee by a friend. I called her on a Saturday and she was at the house the very next day. She provided me with suggestions to boost the curb appeal of my home. Within 3 days of the coming soon sign being placed in the yard, we had an offer that was more than expected. She walked me through the entire process and stayed in constant communication. While going through all the step of selling our house I was online shopping for a new one out of state and trying to get moved in within 4-5 weeks, this was absolutely by far the most stressful situation I have ever been in. while online looking at houses in Birmingham Al. Dee Dee Bush pops up out of nowhere and totally took our situation and made it her own. Dee Dee's Market knowledge was incredible she became our eyes and ears as we are 3 states away. Dee Dee communicated with us not once but 4- 5 times a day if necessary and never once did she leave us hanging wondering what was going on. Dee Dee was looking at homes for us right and left giving us complete information on each one...this went on for about 2.5 weeks . We / Dee Dee found a house and I was on my way to Al. >> it was the one :) that was the house we wanted. I had to return back to Ohio leaving Dee Dee with all the push to get us that house . with Dee Dee's help we made our offer and Bam! it was ours. Dee Dee didn't stop there she walked us through all paperwork online signing this and that. Went back down to Al. for the closing with husband still in Ohio and to have to close by myself or did I?
