Dee and Steve Ciancio

Dee and Steve are absolute pros. We were not able to complete closing on the property due to us having to relocate to a different city for work, but our entire experience with the Ciancios was positive from top to bottom. Dee provided us with excellent market analysis which made us confident that the offer we had submitted was competitive and saved us the most money possible. The inspectors Dee and Steve recommended to us were thorough and easy to access when we had any questions. Steve is very knowledgeable in the home repair, and general contractor knowledge. Thanks to Steve, we knew exactly what to request repair wise and what to handle ourselves after closing. Their project manager, Summer Kidder, was accommodating to our schedule and responsive. If we ever find ourselves back in Denver, the Ciancio's will be the only realtors we consider working with.
