It took me awhile to figure out exactly where I wanted to live, not knowing GA that well. We looked at a lot of different homes and Dee was very patient in finding the right home that I will enjoy while being here. Thanks

Look no further! After moving to GA we were in the market to buy our second home. Dee met with us on a VERY short notice (just few hours after receiving our very first phone call). For how many people move to northern metro area it was refreshing to meet with someone who was raised here and knew the surrounding cities like the back of his hand which translated into great advice we have received in terms of our investment. He made sure that we don't overpay or end up buying in a less profitable area. Looking for a home where listings fly off the market can be intimidating but he was our rock and refocus, always kind, positive and patient. We owe Dee a great deal of gratitude for negotiating the price that allowed us to move forward in buying the home where our family can celebrate happy moments for all of the years to come. I have to mention Dee's team and what a pleasure it was to work with them, always answering their phones and responding promptly to emails or explaining everything with clarity. If you end up working with Dee in the future be aware that he might become a friend of the family and not just a guy that helped you buy your home.

I had been talking to another agent (different company) for awhile. I only called her twice to see a house and both times I felt as though we were bothering her. One time she sent us to a showing and did not join us at all. I was frustrated and then a family friend referred Dee. My wife found a house that we loved and after a 5 minute call Dee was driving over an hour to show us the house. His dedication made a great first impression. Dee was a joy to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we loved. When I bought my first house in Delaware my realtor refused to low ball and negotiate. Dee understood what my final number was and considered that from the beginning knowing that at the end we'd meet in the middle so both parties felt it was a win win. Dee is possibly one of the nicest, funniest yet professional gentlemen I've ever met. Buying a house is stressful but he made it fun. Nick went to a showing with Dee and my wife since I was out of town for work and the three boys can be a handful. He was very friendly and helped immensely. I genuinely can't say enough good things about Dee and team. We left our dream of raising the boys at the beach over a year ago for a better job and life. It's at this point in time because of this house and life we can now enjoy with the boys that we are happy again. When I pull in the driveway I can't believe that this is real. It wouldn't have been possible without Dee.
