When we listed it we expected it would take around 120 days to sell and Dede and David found a buyer, and helped to get the deal closed in 41 days. Wow that is great customer service and they are really go getters. If you need to sell your home quickly and get what or near what you wanted to sell it for, this is your team, They were also very helpful in helping us get our home staged properly so it would show well. If they tell you that you need to move some furniture or reduce some things in a room, you should listen as everyone who came to our home commented on how well staged and clean it was. Lastly, they had a lot of contacts that we were able to use to get any fixes, inspections and anything else that needed to be done before and during the closing process. They are the best real estate team in the area and if you live in Trussville, Odenville or the surrounding areas, you should use them.
