Selling Our House

Dede has listed and sold several houses for us in the last five years. Having sold real estate for many years, she is very knowledgeable about the market. She was particularly helpful in showing out house with safety precautions in place during the Covid-19 era and reassured us that all would be okay. Our house sold in less than two days after it was listed!! She was supportive during the settlement and attended it with us, and caught f few items that weren't correct at the settlement so that was corrected in our favor. She was supportive and extremely efficient when the buyers' part of the settlement kept being delayed. She checked on the progress daily for us until the lender finally got all the paperwork in order and finally let the buyer settle. She really was amazing and you cold tell that her years of experience in the real estate field paid off. During these more difficult times her experience was invaluable and a great asset to be able to rely on.
