She provided us with a lot of data to understand the cost of real estate by area and features, which we really appreciated since both of us are engineers and like making data-driven decisions. Our first offer on a house was accepted, but the house inspection uncovered many issues - Deby is well connected in the Seattle area and helped us obtain professional quotes on the work that needed to be done to aid in negotiations. She also followed up with the city on outstanding work and permits related to the septic system. Ultimately, we decided to pull out of that deal due to the costs of the inspection issues, and Deby quickly and efficiently helped us get our earnest money back.
