I honestly don’t know where to start. From the moment they stepped into my home I realized that for the dynamic duo of Lynn Baker and Deborah Gannes this was not their first rodeo! They set fourth a solid marketing plan, explained the process for properly evaluating our home’s current value and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the listing of my home. When my husband and I were ready to pull the trigger they were there with lists of people who could help with any thing we felt might be beneficial to the selling of our property (estate sellers, painters, handymen etc...) They made what could have been a painfully stressful experience into maybe not quite a cake walk but pretty damn close!! I love theses gals.........a full on 5 THUMBS UP!!!!

They are a team that works well together. They found new marketing avenues more than once. They were consistent and realistic in their approach to pricing but allowed us to make the final decision. Closing went very well and we never felt we were going it alone.
