Moving day finally! My family closed on our dream home a few weeks ago and we are officially moving in today. So exciting! We have our outstanding realtor, Debrosia Griffin to thank for it. There are no words to express my gratitude to Debrosia for her knowledge, professionalism, tenacity, and above all her patience. When we met her we had visited a number of houses and were basically going in circles. Debrosia took charge and patiently educated us on the process, guided us step-by-step and found us the perfect home. We were a very trying bunch with distinctly different personalities and different wish lists. There were times when she had to act as realtor and conflict manager. I was amazed at her exceptional ability to strike a delicate balance between firmness and professionalism. With all of that, Debrosia took the time to understand each of our needs and wants and didn’t stop searching until she found just the right home for us. She did not try to encourage us to buy the most expensive property, but rather made sure that we each got what we wanted. At the time I’m sure she was working with others, but she made us feel as though we were her only clients. She kept us abreast of all decisions and deadlines and was prompt in responding to each of us when we contacted her.
