I wanted to sell my condo. When I bought it, the market was high and then it plummeted. This property was an investment, so I had to wait several years for the market to come back up. I contacted Deb and she gave me an analysis of what we could sell it for. Since the very beginning she was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. I wasn't going to make hardly any money from the sale, but at least I was going to recoup my money and have a little extra. At the time, the condo was empty. She suggested to have it staged to attract more buyers and get better offers. She did a fantastic job decorating it! It wasn't too much, but just the right amount. It looked amazing! She was so committed to helping me get the best offer possible, that she even agree to leave her own decorations and furniture. Really, who does that? Thanks to her, I was able to get $25K over asking price and a cash offer. The buyer didn't even want an appraisal or inspection! Throughout the whole process, any time I had a question she would immediately reach back to me and and if she didn't know the answer, she would seek the answer from the other agent or the closing agency. She always kept me informed. We were able to close in less than 30 days! She was a blessing! I am so thankful to her for all she did and can honestly say that I have seen her do the same for her other clients too. She is the BEST!
