Debra was excellent, she knows the market, current and past trends, and truly understands how to market and sell a house! We had an offer in a week, and Debra assisted my elderly Mom and us through the process with caring and assistance. She even took the time to walk her through some technological issues! Ms. Thomas handled very complicated negotiations and issues with aplomb, and brought us through funding, all with efficiency and a can-do attitude!
