It was a true please working with Debra Simon. During the whole selling experience I always felt Debra had my best interest at heart. I would hardly recommend her if you are buying or selling.

Debra and her team did an outstanding job marketing our property. They did an excellent job attracting many showings until the right buyer was found. At that point, Debra and her team negotiated an excellent contract that was fair to all, and shepherded the closing process in a seamless manner. The closing went flawlessly, and all parties were quite happy. We recommend Debra and her team highly!!

I first met Debra on the day I closed on my house in Boynton Beach ,at the front door. She jumped right in to help get the lock box removed,although she was not my realtor, at that time. She was warm,friendly and helpful. I immediately thought of Debra when I decided to sell the house. She took the time and put out the effort to get my house sold. I can't say enough about Debra. My husband and I were selling our home of 22 years and moving into an Independent Living facility. From day one Debra made the journey, which might have been stressful for us, a smooth experience due to her keen insight of the housing market and incredible communication skills.
