Debra is very kind and knowledgeable in Real Estate business. Even the property I bought is in the Low Income Housing program with less commission, she still offered me the best service. She always responded quickly to my phone calls/emails/messages. She always had my interest in her mind and effectively communicated with other people. The professionals, such as the house inspectors/lawyers, recommended by her are also very good too! I highly recommend Debra as your agent in real estate business!

Long before I knew I needed to sell my home of 20 years I knew of Debra and her selling skills. When I contacted her several months before I actually needed to sell we met and she suggested a list of things to do around the hours to spruce up the decor. I did the handyman stuff around and when it came to signing paperwork and actually listing the house we were ready. Selling the house on my end was breeze thanks to Debra. She had offers one week into the market, She handled everything and had a good rapport with my attorney and secretary.
