Debrah was a godsend. She worked non stop to sell our home and find our family our new home. It didn’t matter how late we called to see a house.. She was there. Never pushed us to settle on something just to get the sale. She Never gave us the feeling that she wasn’t all in. In fact , she basically did her job and the attorneys job as he wasn’t a big help. Without her the deals wouldn’t have went through. I recommend her 1000%

Debra is very kind and knowledgeable in Real Estate business. Even the property I bought is in the Low Income Housing program with less commission, she still offered me the best service. She always responded quickly to my phone calls/emails/messages. She always had my interest in her mind and effectively communicated with other people. Long before I knew I needed to sell my home of 20 years I knew of Debra and her selling skills. When I contacted her several months before I actually needed to sell we met and she suggested a list of things to do around the hours to spruce up the decor. I did the handyman stuff around and when it came to signing paperwork and actually listing the house we were ready. Selling the house on my end was breeze thanks to Debra. She had offers one week into the market, She handled everything and had a good rapport with my attorney and secretary.
