This is not the first time I’ve used (Debra). She once again went over and above getting this townhome sold. It was like jumping through hoops for her to get the buyers lender everything they were requesting from HOA, Property Managment Co. etc. It took 3 months to get the deal done and lender to fund the buyer. She stayed on top of every detail, and kept me informed in concert to every detail that arose. She untimely got the Ball over the goal line. #DoneDeal
