Debra went way out of her way in helping. I live out of state, and she made things easy as could be. I made a fast trip to Calif from Indiana, to look at the property for the first time and she was there to help with everything that needed to be done to make this sell happen. She is kind and caring towards her clients. She is worth her weight in gold. Without her it never would have happened.

We decided to have Debra help us sell our house. That was one of the best decisions we made. She was awesome, on time, kept us updated, explain the paperwork and make sure that we were able to get it signed it back to her. She was always professional, Honest ( i’ve worked for the realtors in the past to tell you whatever you want to hear) knowledgeable. She made sure that everyone was on the same page throughout the deal. She had to keep the other realtor that wasn’t doing her job on track, she helped all the way through escrow ( A lot of realtors drop you when you get in escrow ) She was very thoughtful and caring. I believe she did everything to get the price that we asked, and looked after interest all the way through. If I still lived in California I would use her again and I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends in California.
