Deb excels as a realtor. She managed the entire process for selling my house from start to finish. She sat with me and explained all the forms to be completed and answered all my questions. Deb handled the picture taking and advertising, in magazines, newspapers, and social media, both locally and in appropriate markets outside of our area. She handled open houses, was the key contact for showings and followed up with realtors and with me for feedback to ensure nothing was missed. Deb kept in touch to ensure I was satisfied with the process and was available when I reached out to her. When offers were made, Deb made recommendations and provided options for moving forward but decisions were up to me. She handled negotiations and discussion with buyer's realtors, was in touch with the title company, the town and my lawyer, as appropriate, and always provided feedback to me regarding the interactions.

Debra did a great job navigating a complex sale. She was always available to answer questions, and also made sure my daughters were aware of the steps in the process since they were helping me with the move. She went above and beyond until the very end of the sale. Thank you for all you do, Debra!
