Things don't always go as planned, Debra did the best she could but inspectors don't always show up on time and they don't always tell you what they want until there there. Plan for set backs and greedy contractors. Selling a house isn't as easy as you might think. Debra did her best to keep things moving forward. The knowledge she help to keep thinks on track to get to settlement on time.
