In full disclosure - I am a licensed real estate agent in the DFW area, so finding a seasoned agent to represent my mom in the sale of her home was very important. From my initial call with Debra, I knew that I was working with someone that knew the business. She was able to answer all of my questions especially since I did not know the Phoenix market, what her marketing plan entailed and other questions my mom had for her.
