Debbie was great to work with. She was very helpful, offered her opinions, and - most importantly - was VERY responsive. I don't think I ever waited for more than a couple hours for an answer to a question. We had a real problem with our lender, and tons of delays because of them. I actually thought the transaction might not close. But Debbie made some calls, and got things done, and the deal closed at the last minute. A real professional - highly recommend.
