Since moving to Orlando I have to say that working with Debra was the better of the Realtor experience that I have had. The process from signing of the contracts to closing was a very quick 10 days. I will definitely use her again when decided to buy a new home in the future.
Debra helped my husband and I last year to list & sell our prior home, and find a new one to buy. She was amazing to work with throughout the entire process! Having worked with other realtors in the past, my experience with Debra was amazing! She would dedicate as much time as we needed to help us look at several listings until we found our perfect home. She also had a great ability to help us determine what we really needed in a home so that we made the right decision. When we found the home we wanted, Debra was quick to get our offer in and did all of the negotiating for us to ensure we got the best price. Even when we closed she personally took the time to review all closing docs to make sure they were correct. I would HIGHLY recommend using Debra as your realtor & I hope to get to work with her again in the future on our next home!
