My husband and I started looking for new houses this spring. We had only a few target neighborhoods in mind, and were also looking for a very specific kind of house. We knew that it was going to take a while, and were happy with how patient Deb was. She carefully listened to our feedback on each house that she showed us, and we soon felt that Deb could read our minds about the style, location, and floorplan of house that we wanted to find. Making an offer on a new house is really stressful, but if Deb was stressed out, she never showed it! She helped us stay calm and proactively stayed on top of everything that we needed to do to close on our dream house.

When it came time for us to sell our house, our previous real estate agent, who was retiring, referred us to Deb and gave her a ringing endorsement. Deb spent a considerable amount of time understanding our current home, all of its upgrades, and the neighborhood. Our home was in a smaller subdivision without a lot of inventory, and the nearby neighborhoods that did have inventory were significantly different in terms of square footage, build quality, and price. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to come up with a good listing price because the comps really weren't comparable. Deb managed to get this all figured out for us. Prior to listing, she helped us figure out which updates and repairs we should do in the house to to fetch top dollar. Deb then helped us navigate not one, but two offers in a volatile market, and shepherded our transaction to a successful close. We highly recommend her!
