When it came time for us to sell our house, our previous real estate agent, who was retiring, referred us to Deb and gave her a ringing endorsement. Deb spent a considerable amount of time understanding our current home, all of its upgrades, and the neighborhood. Our home was in a smaller subdivision without a lot of inventory, and the nearby neighborhoods that did have inventory were significantly different in terms of square footage, build quality, and price. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to come up with a good listing price because the comps really weren't comparable. Deb managed to get this all figured out for us. Prior to listing, she helped us figure out which updates and repairs we should do in the house to to fetch top dollar.
