Debra Kimball

I can't say enough good things about Deb. She is a real professional: fair, objective, straightforward, knowledgeable, and filled with practical advice when buying property in the area. When you are her client, she works hard for you and she is not afraid to tell you the truth and give you the benefit of her experience. (We all know how important that is!) During the purchase process, she was there throughout the whole thing and answered every question I had. I also purchased from out of state, and Deb was my dedicated agent, and she represented me faithfully and fully from the beginning to end. I couldn't be more full of praise, really. And I'm a college professor and not easily impressed!

We purchased a property through Debra, who was the listing agent. Our situation was more complicated than most- we lived out of state, had to sell a property first, and utilized a 1031 exchange. It took much longer than expected to close based on those circumstances, but Debra showed the utmost flexibility and patience while coordinating our closing. Although she wasn't technically representing us as buyers, she treated us as such throughout the entire process. We plan to work with her as our agent any future real estate deals in the future.

Deb did an excellent job of communicating with us. She researched issues regarding the property. The sale went quickly and professionally! Plus Deb is very personable.
