Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, we moved to Simi Valley in 1998 with our two young sons. We have been active with the Boy Scouts of America, Guide Dogs of America, assisting at City events, supporting Care & Share food pantry efforts and Paralyzed Veterans of America as well as exploring the myriad of hiking trails that surround our city. Barry enjoys sailing out of the Channel Islands Harbor as well as traveling to Puerto Vallarta, and Debra enjoys supporting a local horse rescue. We are Presidents of Boots & Slippers Square Dance Club based in Simi Valley.
Working at the Building & Safety Division of the City of Burbank in the late 1980s sparked Debra’s interest in Real Estate. Barry ran a successful Jewelry Store in Burbank for over 30 years where he learned the importance of trust. Since that time, we have gained experience in purchases and sales of primary residences as well as investment properties, purchases and sales of short sales and REOs, participation in 1031 exchanges, property management, and mortgage brokerage.
Over the past 34 years, Pinnacle Estate Properties has created an environment of independence, professionalism, and accountability for its real estate agents. As Realtors with Pinnacle, we are able to provide a wide range of services including aggressive marketing, leading edge technology, a huge network of agents, along with a variety of support services. To increase our value, Barry has completed courses as a Certified Negotiator Expert. To further understand what is important to many longtime homeowners, Debra has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Together we make a stellar team.
