Debra Kennedy

I cannot day enough good about Debra Kennedy! She was referred to us and though she was two hours away, helped us to purchase our first home! She was ALWAYS on the ball, and had an answer for everything. Very nurturing to us and helped guide us through a successful closing. She even went as far as sitting with us on the phone during the closing, and asking questions of the title company and making sure we understood everything we were signing. Always responded to us extremely quickly, even on the weekends. She always had our best interests at heart, and it showed in her negotiation skills.

We recently used Debra to find our new home in Port Richey. She was recommended by some friends of ours which was a start, but you know how that can work sometimes. We had a very tight schedule to see many properties so we arrived in Florida and needed to hit the ground hard. Well, we couldn't have had a better partner. Debra had everything laid out and organized and was hard on it every step of the way all the while being flexible with changes we'd make. As we were new to Florida and knew nothing about the lay of the land having someone who'd lived and sold in this area for years was invaluable to us. It took us no time to trust her instincts and her knowledge, a enjoy her direct sense of humor. She also provided just the right balance of being there to answer all of our questions and leaving us alone to discuss and look at things in private. Once we'd seen and evaluated all the properties my wife and I had a strategy of who and how we wanted offers to be made. Debra never pushed us one direction or the other to 'close a deal'. She executed and negotiated exactly what we wanted. Today we're in our new vacation home and have zero buyers remorse. Debra helped us find the right place at the right price. One more thing, once you've signed the agreement she doesn't disappear. She has gone above and beyond post sale to help us tie up loose ends that would've been difficult to accomplish from another state.

The fact that we have done more than six transactions with Debra over the last three years should speak volumes. Debra listens to our needs and applies her in-depth knowledge of the market to help us find properties that match our goals. Her expertise of current trends get the properties priced accurately in order to sell quickly.
