Debbie handled all aspects of closing details and paperwork for me as an out-of state purchaser. Electronic signature documents made the process easy. No details were overlooked and the inspection and closing went smoothly. I was very pleased with Debbie representing me at closing because I put my trust in her to look out for my best interests.

We called Debbie’s office to see a home from a sign in front and we are thrilled she was on call that day. She immediately came to the house and got approval to show it to us. There were three other units in the complex we saw and she got on the phone and arranged to show us while we were there. She was relatively new to the area, hence, the average rating on local knowledge but that will soon, if not already remedied. In the days that followed, she showed us a few other units and was always available when we needed her.
