We just bought our first home through Debra and she was incredible. She walked us through the process and made sure we were completely comfortable with every step. She is very knowledgeable on the market and helped us find the right area to hone in on. When we finally picked a house, she researched the comps and found us a bigger house at the same price. We are so grateful for her due diligence and she found us an amazing deal in a tough buyers' market. Throughout the closing process, she was extremely persistent with the home builder and made sure we had every question answered prior to closing. On the day of closing when the punch list wasn't complete, she went above and beyond and negotiated with the home builder to get us some added options for free. It's now 10 days after we closed and she continues to follow up with us. It is clear she really cares about making sure we are happy with the purchase. We couldn't ever see using another agent in future and would highly recommend her.

Debra was fun and easy going to work with. She guided me through the process with a careful hand, was great at following up emails or texts with a personal phone call to make sure I signed everything and kept the schedule on track. She also looked out for my best interests and fought hard through a tricky and unconventional negotiation process to get me the house of my dreams. Debra made sure I was comfortable with everything we agreed on, and sought my input at every step - she kept me involved but also took the hard part of the job on with tact and professionalism. Also she does everything with a lot of warmth - I felt as though I was working with a family member!

For example, her in-depth knowledge of the Northern Colorado area market was extremely useful in helping me find the square footage and finish qualities I wanted in my price bracket. Also, Debra is a warm and kindhearted person with a positive attitude... even when I missed my appointments with her which were few and far-between, thankfully.
