Besides being a delightful and honest person, Debbie is a hard worker. She is an excellent communicator as evident in keeping me apprised of all showings. An initial offer was made from a difficult potential buyer and their agents. Debbie worked very hard to keep them on track and remained professional as she communicated my decisions to their ongoing shifts in the purchase price and my final decision not to meet their requests.
