Debra is awesome, we met her back in February when we came to check out the state of Tennessee and look at houses, we found a couple in Kentucky we really wanted to check out before we flew home and she made it happen, we met up, introduced ourselves, checked out the 2 properties and had an awesome experience with her, we didn't make any offers on that trip but we flew back home and Debra contacted us a week later to see how we were doing and if we were still interested in looking for a home in Kentucky, she kept in contact by text or phone calls, sent us listings that were matches in what we were looking for and if we were interested in any she offered to go check them out and do video tours with us. Trying to find a house and property you really like out of state is very stressful but Debra was there for us every step of the way. We found half a dozen houses we wanted to see so we made our flight reservations, gave Debra the dates we would be in Kentucky and what houses we wanted to see and she lined them all up for us, she met up with us the day we landed and we seen 2, marked them off the list, she had our next day all planned out for us in the order we would see them. Not sure how many realtors would do everything Debra did for us she spent 12 hrs in one day with us and it was a very CRAZY adventurous day plus another full day, and we found our forever home. Debra is amazing, kind, professional, great sence of humor, friendly, caring, very knowledgeable and loves what she does. We have been passing her info on to any of our friends and family that might need a realtor in her areas. Debra Kay Short we appreciate you and all you did for us. Moving over 2000 miles away from our family and friends gave me anxiety but knowing that she started out as our realtor and plan on being amazing friends. She definetlly is a shining star.
