She took care of getting the tenant out, and situated in there new home, as well as all the tedious details of getting the house ready for sale, such as painting, carpet, plumbing, cleaning, yard work, A/C repair, and so much more. Her knowledge of knowing the right venders for the job was very cost efficient, as well there willingness to get the job done in a timely manner was great. Since we sold the furniture we had no place to sleep for the last 3 days so she put us up in her casita - no charge. Then on the last day we had no car so she lent us hers to get some loose ends tied up. We had some pleasant conversations and appreciated all she did for us and she would always ask if there was something else we needed.
