We five Debra a five star review. She was extremely helpful from the first time we met her. We didn’t have a printer and she printed documents and kept us informed on each step of the process. If we had questions she was available to answer any of our questions.

We were in the process of looking at properties online preparing for a relocation. When I inquired about one of our favorites, Debra responded within minutes with a phone call, while other agents just sent electronic connections. During that first call I knew Debra was OUR agent. She listened to our unique needs. Then, during the Thanksgiving week we flew into town and spent multiple days looking at properties, we made an offer on one, but was unable to successfully close the deal as the seller and seller's agent pulled a last second $29K suprise, Debra was there all the way to protect us. We fell in love with the community, so when another property came available, Debra found it the day it came on the market, we made an offer on the home without our eyes looking at it because we had so much confidence in Debra's judgement and the ability to match our needs and unique requrements. Once our offer was made Debra was able to help us negotiate professionally by protecting us and know all of the requirement for a VA loan. Once under contract, it was a number of Debra's referalls that were able to keep us in VA loan compliance with inspections, repairs and getting to required insurance. She made numerous visits to the property to ensure the services were completed including reprairs required of the seller as we were 2000 miless away. The communication through this process was always respectful of our preferred method of communication. Debra was there for my first visit to the property the day before closing, making sure all the details were in place for a successful close. On closing day Debra was there at the title company, when corrections were needed she guieded them to fruition. The seller's title company made several errors causing the closing to take nearly 6 hours to complete, DEBRA STAYED THE COURSE TO THE VERY END, ADVOCATING PASSIONATELY FOR US. I have purchased and sold many homes, and been a part of the homebuilding industry DEBRA IS A WINNER!!!

When I first met Debra it was through a phone call asking for information on a home I saw. She met us there and then offered to show us a few more homes in the park where we were looking. Debra was very helpful in helping us know what to look for and expect in the mobile homes. She helped us by advising us to get an inspection, also check on insects that can cause issues and helped me find out who takes care of the electric and water in the area. It was good to have someone knowledgeable about what can come with the homes and what doesn't. I found her to be a great help in making my purchase happen and discovered my first friend in Florida.We can't wait to get back and start making it our new home.

Mrs. Debra is so much more than an agent, she is a friend, this woman helped me to buy my first house at 20 years old by myself. she answered every question I had and was always available for me. Very patient and great at her job. I will always recommend her.
