Debra is a wonder. What we most appreciate her is her calm demeanor and cheer throughout our entire home-buying experience. Her instinct for what a family needs and wants is spot-on; we initially passed on looking at the house she helped us buy, but her gentle urging convinced us to come see it, and she was right: it is remarkably perfect for us. She was organized, thorough, a great communicator and used great foresight throughout the transaction so that there were no surprises. She represented us with grace to the sellers when there were points of tension and expertly navigated situations that could have escalated into disagreement.
