Debra was the third realtor I contracted with to sell my condo. She was referred by my friend who moved across the street from me. The market has been challenging due to high interest rates and uncertainty with the economy. I was lucky to have a buyer immediately. However, there were many obstacles due to repairs discovered before escrow closed. Debra was able to work with the HOA Board members, contractors, inspectors, escrow and the buyers to navigate the problems and reach an amiable solution.
