About Debra

I’ve called the Destin area home for more than 26 years, which means I’ve watched the Emerald Coast grow, change, and become one of the most desirable places to live and own property in Florida. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market since 2019, and thankfully, I still love houses enough to look at them even when I’m technically off the clock. I specialize in residential real estate throughout Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay Counties, helping clients buy and sell primary homes, vacation properties, investment properties, and vacant land. Whether you’re looking for your own little piece of paradise, selling a home you’ve loved for years, or trying to understand the difference between “Gulf view,” “Gulf front,” and “you can see the Gulf if you lean really far off the balcony,” I’m here to help.
