Debra was very informative and knowledgeable about what to look for. She knew before hand what FHA would not approve so she didn't waste my time. We would walk into a house and have the same feeling and look at each other. She knew it wasn't what I would want. She prepared me for the home inspection and pointed items that may be a concern and she was right. Very professional, knowledgeable, direct, observant.
