I have so much to say about Debra even though I have only known her for a week. In that week she did so much more than sell my house for me. She went above and beyond everyday when we were consulting with each other. She pays attention to the finest details while the bigger objective falls in to place. She was always available when I needed her and she was always super communicative when she needed me to complete something. She did much more than the typical realtors duties; she helped me find someone to junk the metal in the house when I was emptying it and even set up his arrival to my house, she called around for home owners insurance quotes and set me up with insurance, she talked to my bank when necessary; overall she did so much more footwork than expected. Debra respected my time and always knew I was working hard to do my duties and stepped in when I needed someone to take that initiative to make a phone call on my behalf when I simply did not have the time. Time wasn't the only issue, I have never sold a house before so her guidance was crucial in guiding my every step. When she would call me in the morning, it always started out with her saying "ok so I got this set up for you..." and it was perfect. She truly takes the stress out of the task of selling a house and she works hard. She does everything in a timely manner and I always felt the center of her attention. The day I met her, she had me do the paperwork and then filed it, then came back the 25 minute drive to put the for sale sign out front. Honestly I think she was more excited than I was having it listed. We posted the house December 23rd and had it sold by December 26th!
