We were first time home buyers looking for a house before we moved to the area. Debra devoted a weekend to helping us find a place, putting together a list of houses within our budget and making sure we had relevant local knowledge to choose a neighborhood that worked for us. She was flexible throughout, for instance, building in time for breaks since we had our 3-month old along for the ride. When we found a house we liked, she was clear in walking us through the process, answering questions at all times of day, and making sure we knew when important deadlines were coming. She oversaw the inspection process while we were out of town. Once we'd purchased the house, she remained generous and helpful; from providing recommendations for where to find things we needed in town, to stocking the kitchen with things we'd need after our long day moving here, to loaning us things we needed for our kitchen while all of our own stuff was being shipped cross country.
