I met Debbie when she showed me a house of which she was the listing agent, and her calm, confident, warm personality made me want to list my own house with her. She determined a very fair and competitive assessment of the value of my house and hired a professional photographer who took artful photographs, along with creating an amazing virtual tour that began with aerial shots taken by a drone. She helped me investigate the idea of taking out a cash-out refinance loan, which, in the end, wasn't necessary when the owners of the house I wanted to buy agreed to a contingency contract. Thanks to her expertise, my house had three offers within the first four days of being on the market! Going above and beyond, she personally made sure that my new house was cleaned before I moved in!
