Debbie was amazing to work with from start to finish in our home buying process! She knew our likes & dislikes of what we had on our "wish list" and would even point things out in the houses that we looked at with her that we had forgotten about or didn't even think to consider at the time. The whole house buying process can be very overwhelming to say the least, but she made us feel comfortable each & every part of the process we had to encounter, even when we came across a hiccup or 2 along the way. She was very detailed the entire time, and kept us updated during each step; no matter how big or small the info was. She was also wonderful about explaining things in a way that was easy to understand as well, which was very helpful for us to know why things had to be done a certain way, specific steps had to be taken or why someone was needing another item fromus. Her knowledge alone was great to have, which put us both at ease. Debbie was very personable & very approachable no matter what we threw at her. It made us appreciate her & the job that she did for us even more. I'm sure there's much more of "behind the scenes" items that she has to do that we aren't even aware of. And for that I'm grateful for her working her magic each & every step we took with her! She kept in touch with all of the different people throughout our house buying journey: the seller's agent, lawyers, mortgage lender, etc. You name it, she was on top of it. I would definitely recommend Debbie to anyone that I know that is going to be jumping into their own home buying adventure...she's the one you want in your corner hands down!!
