I would recommend Deb to everyone looking int buying a home in the SWFL area. Being unfamiliar with the area ourselves, Deb was very patient with us and took us out on multiple weekends to explore new areas (3 different counties) and homes until we actually decided on what we were really looking for. Deb was very knowledgeable when doing walk throughs of different homes and very honest with what she saw in each...the pros and cons. Her honesty and experience, helped us in deciding on going with a new construction, country home that we absolutely love! Deb was also so kind and took time out of her busy schedule to visit the home during construction to send us video updates saving us a 3 hour drive every time we wanted to see the progress, as well as put off her vacation to make sure she is here with us during closing and without delays. ??We are so very grateful we chose Deb to embark on this journey with because it was a little more than just buying a home for us, it was a complete life changing event and she stuck with us every step of the way!
