Debra Bruton’s performance was extraordinarily and surpassed my exceedingly high expectations. Before my wife died, she became wonderful friends with her and was truly a spiritual blessing. She was part of our family and not just a realtor. Being a grieving widower was horrific for me; somehow, Debra made everything painless and uncomplicated. She listed and sold two homes for me exceeding expectations in price and timing of both sales. Debra sold my wife's home two hours after putting her realtors sign in the front yard and had over 30 people view it and it was even an open house. She also sold my expensive home within one month for a much higher price then I had hoped for. Her skills in marketing the homes and staging them were fantastic. I probably drove her crazy viewing multiple listings but neither one of us gave up. Thanks to her creative talents, she found a perfect home for me in a golf course community with an excellent price. I highly recommend her as a thoughtful, compassionate, attentive, sensitive person and most importantly an extraordinary realtor. She is the type of realtor every homeowner wants and needs.
