We had to leave our Naperville home before we sold it
We had to leave our Naperville home before we sold it. We moved 3 states away. Deb did an excellent job of not only showing the home, but she also took good care of situations that we could not be there to handle. For example, she purchased and installed carbon monoxide detectors, and too care of the sump pump when the alarm sounded. We had a good long distant communication with Deb. When the house sold, she made it very easy for us to sign documents for the closing with out having to travel back to Illinois. She also chose a lawyer that we worked with very well. It was easier that we thought.
