Debra sold our house in 11 days at full price. She is an excellent communicator and really listened to us about our goals and needs. With her knowledge and connections, she was able to keep us on budget for house repairs before we went to market and was a great advocate for due diligence repair items once we were under contract. She made appointments, coordinated work and stayed on top of the details to make sure everything was done (we live out of town). She is a problem solver: she got a travel notary to our buyer who was on quarantine precautions in order to sign closing papers! I could go on, but suffice to say, I highly recommend Debra Bass!
