Awesome, from the day I called Coldwell Banker and Debbie answered the phone I was impressed with how she responded. After my family and I met her in person, we were all in agreement that she was the one for the job. I called her and told her that we were signing on with her as our agent. From that moment on, she was diligent in keeping me abreast of all facets of the process and was responsive to my calls and questions. If she didn't have the answer to my questions she went above and beyond to find the correct answers. Actually, she went above and beyond in all facets of the process and it was truly a pleasure working with Debbie. Her personality truly fit the job, and. I feel like I am losing a friend as well as an agent.

Debra was very professional in conducting business . However, i got the feeling that it was just that...all business. Reason : after escrow it would have made us felt much more appreciated had she at least sent even a text message thanking us for our patronage. After all, selling our property (we felt ) was relatively easy as we got an offer the second day after it was put on the market n was sold to the first person whom seen it. This was due largely to the fact the we kept it in prestine condition all along. Consequently, the negotiations that follow were again relatively smooth n easy for the agent.

What a wonderful experience i had for buying my first house. Very patience, knowledgeable, and amazing personality. Was a hard worker and made sure everything went smoothly with my purchase. When i had a problem with my lender she was there to help me fix it and give great advice. Will search and search until you find exactly what you want. When you call her she is wonderful at answering the phone or calling you back right away. She has been truthful and and honest which is a rare now adays. A+ service and you must go with her because she will fight for me you even after the sale. She still contacts me to see i am happy with my purchase which is something im not use to. Please go with her she is the best.
