I am so glad I chose Debra Allen to help me with the sale of my town house

I am so glad I chose Debra Allen to help me with the sale of my town house. She was highly recommended to me by someone I knew professionally for over ten years. They were definitely right when they said, "go with Debra. She's really good". Once I got a chance to get to know her better during the sale process, I realized what they meant by her being very good. She's very professional, honest and reasonable. She has a lot of connections and is very good with people. With her help, I was able to sell my house very quickly; things just go very smoothly when you're working with Debra. I put my house for sale in the beginning of January of 2020. I got a very good offer on 2/28/2020 and accepted it. Just few weeks later, the COVID-19 shot down came in effect in New York State. I thought that my house would not sell for months if at all. To make things even worse, I am one of the essential employees and had to report to work......... It became obvious around April 15, 2020 that my house was going to sell within couple of days. That was a bitter sweet news to me because I was working full time at the job that was forty five miles away while at the same time I had to clear out the town house full of furniture and move to my new place all by myself. Debra recommended junk removal/moving company. They were awesome; in less than two, half days my entire house was cleared and I was 100% moved to my new place. I ended up closing on my house on 5/1/2020. Even though I have only known Debra for just couple of months, I could write a whole lot more to let you know how awesome sale of my home process was thanks to Debra, but I'll stop right now. I'll tell you one more thing though, the next time decide to purchase a piece of real estate, I'll be hiring Debra Allen again. Thank you.
