Debbie put my mom's townhouse on the market as soon as the papers were signed- the photographer came very quickly and the pictures were beautiful. She knew the area and the price was spot on. Debbie always answered my emails super fast- even on the weekends. The buyer wanted to knock some money off, more than I would have liked, and Debbie negotiated a better price for my mom. It was a totally seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommended!
